    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll also guide you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, breathing, spending time in nature, adding more color to your life and more.

Method of Counseling

All 1 on 1 counseling is conducted via phone. Zoom may be an option.

Clients are responsible for calling me at their scheduled appointment time.

Premier Consultation

Required prior to any 1:1 coaching program.

The Premier Consultation is a 2 session, stand alone package.

Session 1: review your completed health assessment form to understand your current health status while learning more about you, your challenges, your story and your health goals. This session is all about you.

Session 2: my opportunity to present and discuss your customized Health Timeline and Matrix. These tools provide clues and help chart a course for our work together.

Program Options

After completion of the Premier Consultation, clients have the opportunity to choose from:

  • A 3 session package - ideal for clients requiring minor tweaks to nutrition and lifestyle or who want to start slowly.

  • A 6 session package - ideal starting point for clients with complex health challenges. Healing does take time.

  • Pay as you go option - single sessions scheduled at the client’s direction.

 

Frequency of Visits

Visits are customized to your needs. Most clients prefer bi-weekly sessions because it affords them time to make recommended changes between visits.

Some clients prefer weekly visits initially, while others do best with monthly visits. It all depends on your health goals, schedule and capacity to make change.

We’ll discuss your needs after completion of the Premier Consultation.

Appointment Cancellation

If unable to keep a scheduled appointment, 24 hour notice is required or client will be charged for the appointment.

Time is valuable. I commit my time to you and request you value my time as well.

Payment

Pre-payment is required prior to commencement of any program.
