Solving Your Case

The Art of My Practice

  • Assessments

It all begins with your story. What happened to your health at the scene of your crime?

A detailed health history reveals clues about what’s going on in your body. Without assessing, how can we hope to work toward resolving mysterious symptoms?

Assessments help determine why symptoms are popping up for you. Additional assessments may become necessary as more clues are revealed.

Assessments are vital. They provide next step clues for moving from the scene of the health crime to resolution of symptoms.

  • Recommendations

Recommendations are unique to you. Everyone requires solutions that uniquely fit their life. I don’t use cookie cutter protocols.

When making recommendations, we explore what you’re eating along with lifestyle habits. These clues inform my unique recommendations for you.

Based on your clues, we start to clear your muddy waters. Are food choices or sensitivities contributing to symptoms? Food has the power to heal or create symptoms.

How are you sleeping? Are you moving during the day. Are you managing stress? Do you enjoy healthy relationships. These lifestyle factors often contribute to health or disease.

While using food as medicine is my first choice, many clients experience nutrient deficiencies. Sometimes targeted supplementation provides quicker results. That was true for me. I only recommend professional grade supplements, free of allergens.

All food & lifestyle recommendations factor in your learning style. How quickly are you able to make changes and what works best with your life situation.

  • Tracking Results

How do you know if your efforts are working? By tracking symptoms and wins.

Tracking reveals that your hard work is paying off. You start to see symptoms diminish or resolve by tracking your progress.

It may become apparent, along the way, that something we’re trying isn’t working for you. Maybe it’s trying a new food or implementing a new lifestyle skill. That’s when tracking provides clues of where we need to focus attention.

Perhaps it’s time to pivot or shift a recommendation to achieve greater results.

    Tracking is a powerful tool.
